The Jefferson Parish Finance Authority is a component of Jefferson Parish that operates under a state and federally approved Indenture. The JPFA is governed by an independent board of trustees, appointed by each parish council member and the parish president.
The JPFA Board of Trustees meets twice monthly to review and approve every aspect of JPFA’s financial and administrative programs.
