
Da’Trice Smith-Jones
Da’Trice Smith-Jones, MSW s is the Owner of Quality Family Care, a mental health consultant company that focuses on behavior and addiction treatment in the Greater New Orleans Area. Mrs. Smith-Jones is also the CEO of Louisiana Social Worker’s and Associates Plus Partners. She is also the Former CEO of Our Community Health (currently known as Brees Family Clinic Sponsored by Ochsner). She is also the Executive Director of Servants Heart International Outreach, that focusses on reentry, community engagement and community outreach. Servants Heart currently houses, mentors, advise, educate and employees formerly incarcerated individuals. They also provide services for at-risk youth. They provide them with after school tutoring, summer camp, interpersonal skills training, community exposure, skills building, and school readiness. Mrs. Smith Jones graduated from Tulane University in December 2015 with a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Addiction and Substance Abuse, Family Therapy and also in Public Health. She also graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Biology. She has practiced social work for 20 years, with a focus on juveniles and adolescents and conducting grief and family therapy. She formerly served patients with severe mental illness, homeless, addiction, and transgender at the Veterans Administration. Mrs. Smith also serves as the Director of Jesus Christ Laborer’s for Souls geared in the Lacombe are where she supports after school tutoring and adopt-a-school programs and re-entry for ex-offenders coming home from prison. She is on the Board of Jefferson Cops and Clergy program through the Jefferson Parish Sherriff’s Department, and an assistant to the Pastor of Second Zion, River of Life, and Fischer Community churches. Mrs. Smith-Jones is also currently on the board for the Westbank Heritage Festival.
