Frank L. Muscarello, a lifelong resident of Jefferson Parish, was appointed to the Jefferson Parish Finance Authority in March of 2006. Mr. Muscarello is the Authority’s longest serving Trustee. Mr. Muscarello spent thirty-five years of his professional career with Bell South as a Staff Manager and eighteen years with the State of Louisiana Licensing Board for Contractors as an investigator. Mr. Muscarello is a longtime public servant and spent twelve years as Commissioner of the West Jefferson Levee District.
